With a passion for commercial and construction law, Karina maintains a broad civil litigation practice.

Biography

In her commercial litigation practice, Karina has experience representing clients in shareholder, contractual, and professional liability disputes. In her construction law practice, she is primarily focused on defending engineers and architects, specifically advising on risk management and liability issues. She prides herself on providing clear and straightforward advice to her clients.

Karina first joined Harper Grey in 2020 as an articling student. Since completing her articles, Karina has grown her practice substantially, and has successfully represented clients in a full range of litigation matters. She has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and also has experience resolving matters through formal and informal mediation.

When she’s not at work, you can find Karina researching her next travel destination. She loves experiencing new cultures and even completed a semester of her law degree abroad, studying in Brno, Czech Republic.
