Kirsten maintains a broad practice spanning commercial litigation, securities and insurance law.
In Kirsten’s commercial litigation practice, she represents individuals and businesses involved in a wide array of commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, oppression remedy claims, breach of contract, misrepresentation, professional liability, judicial reviews, and real estate claims.
Some of Kirsten’s work straddles both commercial litigation and insurance law, with experience representing clients in occupier’s liability cases. She also assists senior lawyers with disputes involving directors and officers liability.
For Kirsten’s securities litigation practice, she advises clients engaged in disputes involving shareholders, regulatory matters before the British Columbia Securities Commission and Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada, and securities class actions.
