Nina Dauvergne
Associate
Nina’s practice is focused on assisting clients in the areas of health law and estate litigation.
Nina has been an associate at Harper Grey since 2022. Before joining Harper Grey as an associate, Nina clerked at the Supreme Court of British Columbia where she developed her knowledge regarding civil litigation and the province’s judicial system.
Nina currently practices in the areas of health law and estate litigation. She has appeared before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and various administrative tribunals including the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia and the Health Professions Review Board. Nina also has experience preparing for and conducting mediations.
In her final year of law school, Nina and her teammate won the Canadian Client Consultation Competition. While clerking, Nina and her teammate represented Canada at the International Client Consultation Competition and came second to Ireland.
Nina grew up in Vancouver. Outside of the law, Nina is an avid swimmer, cyclist, and runner and is a former member of the Queen’s University Varsity Triathlon Team.
