Aynsley maintains a broad practice in health and construction law.
Biography
Aynsley’s practice is focused primarily on civil litigation and regulatory matters in the areas of health and construction law. In her health law practice, Aynsley assists and advises physicians in regulatory matters and medical negligence litigation. Aynsley also has experience representing professionals such as engineers and architects in civil litigation and professional liability matters.
Aynsley has successfully represented clients before the British Columbia Supreme Court and Provincial Court. She also has experience with alternative dispute resolution, such as mediations and negotiations.
Outside of the office, Aynsley enjoys trying new restaurants, getting outdoors, and dabbling in creative writing.
