Ben Schultz

Ben is a member of our business law group. His practice focuses on providing advice to businesses regarding corporate structuring, corporate transactions, real estate transactions, and securities law.

Ben has been involved in the following notable transactions:

• $140,000,000 USD credit facility involving a syndicate of American banks.
• $38,000,000 CAD acquisition of a trucking and cold storage business.
• $25,000,000 CAD sale of a Vancouver-based technology Company.
• $10,000,000 USD equity financing round for a Vancouver-based technology company.
• $2,300,000 CAD sale of a dentistry practice.
• Acquisition and mortgage of commercial fishing vessel with tuna license.

Prior to pursuing a career in law, Ben gained experience in marketing, sales, and customer service roles. Ben also studied commerce at the University of Victoria. Ben leverages his business background to provide practical legal solutions for clients.

Outside of work, Ben prides himself on living an active lifestyle and giving back to the community.
