With nearly twenty years of experience, Mandeep has established a reputation for herself among clients and colleagues providing innovative solutions to complex issues.
Mandeep maintains a busy practice focused on health law and professional regulation. She recognizes the complicated nature of the areas in which she practices, and approaches each of her files with legal acumen and unique insight.
Mandeep assists clients with respect to civil legal matters and disciplinary matters before the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia and the Health Professions Review Board. She has years of experience in advising physicians in matters relating to professional and ethical conduct.
Mandeep has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Mandeep is a co-chair of Harper Grey’s Student Committee – leading the student recruitment and hiring process. Mandeep acts as a mentor to students and associates in the firm.
Outside of the firm, Mandeep is a volunteer advisor for Life in Law, a resource forum that hopes to stem the exodus of women from the legal profession.
Mandeep articled with Harper Grey in 2003 and joined the firm as an Associate in 2004.
