Mark has a diverse background advising clients across his broad health, insurance, professional regulation, and personal injury practice.
In his insurance practice, Mark represents insurers in various matters including property disputes, general insurance disputes, accident benefits claims, and professional negligence, and bodily injury claims.
On the health law side, Mark defends health professionals in civil matters.
In his personal injury practice, Mark represents clients who have been injured in a variety of situations, including motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, and assaults. Mark approaches each and every file with empathy and commitment to achieving the best result for the client.
Mark has experience in general civil litigation, including probate and administration applications, as well committeeship applications.
Mark has appeared before the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, and the Human Rights Tribunal.
Mark completed both his bachelor’s degree and law degree at the University of British Columbia and was called to the BC Bar in 2014. Mark has volunteered with Access Pro Bono since his call to the bar, providing assistance to low-income individuals.
