Maureen L. A. Lundell, KC
Partner
Maureen has a well-earned reputation as one of BC’s leading family law lawyers.
Maureen has been an equity partner with Harper Grey since 1990, chairs our Family Law Group, and is a firm leader in alternate dispute resolution. She has been a qualified Family Law Mediator since 1985. Known for her professional and practical approach, Maureen’s clients count on her expertise to resolve their complicated family law issues.
Maureen received Law Society accreditation to act as a Family Law Arbitrator, Family Law Mediator, and Parenting Coordinator when new qualifications for family law alternate dispute resolution accreditation came into effect in 2013 along with the new Family Law Act, and she continues to maintain those accreditations.
In her family law practice, Maureen focuses on wealth preservation, including business, trust, and property valuation issues, support issues and division of assets.
The issues associated with family law matters require a lawyer to be readily accessible to clients and able to act swiftly when the need arises. Maureen has carefully structured her practice in order to ensure that her time is flexible and that she is available to her clients, and that she has the support of other members of the firm.
Maureen’s professional negligence defence experience includes representing lawyers and financial planners.
