Monique Sever participated in International Legal Technology Association’s video titled “Diversity in eDiscovery: It’s No Longer a Man’s World”

Harper Grey paralegal and litigation support/eDiscovery supervisor, Monique Sever, recently participated in a video series by the International Legal Technology Association titled “Diversity in eDiscovery: It’s No Longer a Man’s World.”

The video discusses the uptick of women in the field, including their first encounter with eDiscovery and the path that lead to their current eDiscovery role as well as leadership advancement. Watch the video here.

In her role as one of the eDiscovery Supervisors for the firm, she provides advice and support to assist with the firm’s variety of litigation support software, providing on-site technical support to other paralegals and lawyers, as well as assisting clients with the collection of their electronically stored information and the review, analysis and production of same.
