Una Radoja Included in Benchmark Litigation 2019 40 & Under Hot List for Second Consecutive Year

She is also the co-chair of the firm’s environmental regulation and disputes practice group. In her commercial litigation practice, she has acted in a number of high-profile multi-party disputes, often involving novel legal issues and, occasionally, application of foreign law. These include a breach of trust claim by a foreign billionaire seeking $60 million in damages; a breach of an oral lease agreement for damages of approximately $10 million; a breach of fiduciary duty claim by a public company against its former board of directors for damages in excess of $15 million; and various breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and negligence claims in a variety of commercial contexts.
